Theo Lesser - Junior Board Member
Theo Lesser is a recent college graduate interested in the nexus of research, litigation, and policy. Since graduating from college, Theo has worked as an Investigative Analyst in the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office Post-Conviction Justice Unit, where he assists in wrongful conviction reinvestigations, systemic reviews of forensic science issues, and serves as a Teaching Assistant for the Office’s Inside Criminal Justice class at Queensboro Correctional. In his free time, he volunteers as Protest Monitor for NYCLU, conducts research for a grassroots gun-violence nonprofit, and volunteers with the climate justice organization UPROSE. Theo also loves to spend time outside and is an NYC Certified Citizen Street Tree Pruner.
Theo graduated from the University of Chicago with a dual-degree in Public Policy and Environmental and Urban Studies. He will matriculate into Harvard Law School in the fall of 2025.
