Staff Salaries
Updated 1/28/2022
Beginning on September 1st, 2021, S.T.O.P. implemented a lockstep pay scale system to promote transparency and equity. We believe this step and elimination of individually-negotiated salaries is the most effective way to prevent discriminatory pay inequity within an organization. Under this system, each staff member will receive the same salary for their level of seniority within the organization, irrespective of prior pay. In addition to an annual increase for every year with the organization, S.T.O.P. commits to the following steps:
Cost Of Living Adjustment (COLA): At the start of each year, all employees will receive a COLA equal to the prior year's inflation as measured by the Bureau of Labor Statistic's Core Consumer Price Index.
S.T.O.P.'s overall pay brackets will be reassessed annually, to reflect any significant increase in organizational budget and resources. The more we grow an an organization, the more we will support our staff.
Full-time staff with outside health coverage may elect to receive $7,500 in supplemental pay in lieu of health, vision, and dental benefits. S.T.O.P.’s insurance package provides these benefits to all full-time staff with zero employee premium and no waiting period. Read more about our benefits here.
