S.T.O.P. Junior Board
NOTICE: We are no longer accepting interest form submissions for the 2024-2025 Junior Board. Any new submissions will be reviewed for the 2025-2026 term.
The Junior Board is the latest addition to the S.T.O.P. team — a network of young professionals that create connections and promote mission initiatives to boost S.T.O.P.'s message and fundraising potential.
The Junior Board consists of individuals who display an exceptional commitment to ensuring that technological advancements don’t exacerbate age-old biases. Members provide invaluable insight to S.T.O.P. leadership and staff, and have the unique opportunity to create, organize, and participate in events and activities that combine their own interests with S.T.O.P.’s mission to abolish mass surveillance.
The Junior Board is an easy and exciting way to get involved in the fight against bad tech — we want your passion and skills, not a huge time commitment.
S.T.O.P. seeks board members who want to make connections and forge a brighter future for everyone. From activists to academics, from tech experts to policy wonks, teachers, artists, and changemakers, we are building a team that's diverse in background but united in the goal to stop harmful technology.
In its first year, the Junior Board will consist of approximately 10 members who self-identify as being early- or middle-stage in their careers or professional lives.
