Contact Tracing Confidentiality

S.T.O.P. supports Senate Bill S08450-B and Assembly Bill A10500-B, which prevent law enforcement and immigration authorities from being given access to information collected through contract tracing. This measure would also broadly prevent disclosures of personal contact tracing data without written consent, even during court proceedings.
