MAHIMA ARYA - COMPUTER SCIENCE FELLOW

Mahima Arya is S.T.O.P.’s Computer Science Fellow. She is a graduate from Carnegie Mellon University, where she studied Information Systems and Human-Computer Interaction. Her experience working on inclusion initiatives - such as advocating for LGBTQ+ rights as President of CMU's South Asian Student Association - led to her passion for advancing inclusive technology. She is an engineer by training and is interested in applying her technical knowledge to explore policy and ethics related to technology design.
