Jenny lee, esq - Board of directors member

Jenny Lee, Esq. currently works as the General Counsel of Strong Arm Technologies, Inc., a private, VC-backed safety sensor company dedicated to helping industrial workers.

Jenny spent the first half of her career working at Kirkland & Ellis as a patent litigator. Her work spanned a variety of industries, from semiconductor manufacturing to telecommunications standards to medical innovations. Once she moved into in-house counsel roles at Apple and Amazon Lab126, her focus shifted to hardware, software, and compliance issues. She also briefly worked on the business side of Google to negotiate strategic deals on behalf of the engineering and silicon design teams.  She has been the general counsel of three companies in three different industries (insurtech, behavioral healthcare, and safety sensors).  She graduated from Harvard Law School and Rice University, and has advocated for the responsible use of AI by those in the tech sector.  In her free time, Jenny enjoys yoga and watching things grow (from vegetables to kids).
