caroline magee - legal fellow (former)
Carrie Magee was a legal fellow at S.T.O.P.. While in law school, she pursued her passion for privacy and civil rights by spending a semester writing a survey of emerging automated decision system legislation as well as interning for S.T.O.P.; she also interned in Major League Baseball's Office of the Commissioner. Before law school, Carrie worked extensively in politics on both the national and local level, including running a City Council campaign. Carrie earned her M.A. (Honours) from the University of St Andrews in International Relations, writing her dissertation on the role Chechnya played in Vladimir Putin's rise to power. A born-and-bred New Yorker, Carrie loves watching the Philadelphia Phillies lose at baseball and doing yoga (poorly).
